Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Billing & Renewal

  • Copy-Photo subscription plans are offered on annual basis.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless the customer chooses to cancel, downgrade, or upgrade their plan before the renewal date.


2. Refunds

  • We offer a 10-day refund window from the original purchase date for all new subscriptions.

  • After this period, payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused service.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


3. Account Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their Pixsoffice dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Upon cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Data associated with the cancelled account may be permanently deleted after the subscription expires, unless otherwise requested.


4. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Copy-Photo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases:

    • Non-payment for services.

    • Inactivity for 365 consecutive days (i.e., no active users logged in).

    • Violation of our Terms of Service or unlawful use of the platform.

  • In the event of termination due to non-payment or violation of terms, Pixsoffice may immediately suspend access without liability.


5. Data Retention & Backup

  • Upon account termination, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted.

  • Customers are responsible for exporting or backing up their data before cancellation or termination.

  • Copy-Photo may, at its discretion, provide temporary access for data retrieval, but is not obligated to do so once deletion is complete.



Step to Cancel your Subscription with Copy-Photo


i. ) To cancel your account, please contact our Copy-Photo support team.

ii. ) Cancellations are effective immediately after they are confirmed.

iii. ) Our Terms of service states that there are no refunds on the billed amount at any event.

iv. ) If your paid plan is not renewed, your account will be moved to an inactive state and you won’t be able to sign in.

v. ) If you choose not to renew the account beyond 90 days, it will be cancelled and deleted.

vi. ) If you need to reactivate your account, please contact our Copy-Photo support team from our website.
